With Donatello and Raphael away, Genghis Frog and Napoleon Bonafrog join Leonardo and Michelangelo in New York City to keep watch for any unexpected evil schemes by the Shredder... instead, they’re met with the unexpected return of Baxter Stockman, and he’s itching to try out a prototype invention against the Turtles.
