APPLICABLE TO ALL PRE-ORDER/IN STOCK COMICS AND CGC ITEMS.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION 

There is a 15% cancellation fee on all pre-order items.  All orders are FINAL once items have been shipped.

DISCLAIMER: We do our best to provide you with the best copies available.  However, due to the nature of the comic book medium, SOME BOOKS MAY HAVE MINOR IMPERFECTIONS DUE TO THE PRINTING PROCESS.

**Printer defects are not considered damaged.
In the case of damaged items/errors due to shipping, please contact us at chris@lightningcomix.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

SIGNATURE ITEMS

Estimated ship dates on signed items are SUBJECT TO CHANGE due to logistical issues that may arise with the artists.  No refunds allowed on pre-order signature items.  

CGC PRE-ORDERS

Our 9.6+ CGC offering is a guarantee. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, a 50% CREDIT for the entire purchase amount will be issued and you will still receive the lower grade product.  No refunds allowed.
